What information we receive

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive your contact information (name, email, phone number, and national ID number), the answers you provide, and any documents you attach, such as licenses or medical certificates.

How we use it

To assess whether you meet the requirements of the program you are interested in, to contact you about your application, and, if you enroll, to create your student record.

We also use aggregated information that does not identify you to understand how people find our site and to improve our programs.

Cookies and visitor statistics

Only if you accept them in the cookie notice, we use our own first-party cookies (atc_vid, atc_sid, and atc_src) to count visits anonymously, see where visitors come from, and link your application to how you arrived at the site. We do not store your IP address with these statistics.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tools. If you reject cookies, or if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Who can see it

Only authorized 360ATC Aviation Training Center staff. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Attached documents are stored on private servers, and every time staff access them, it is logged.

How long we keep it

For the duration of your admission process and for as long as required by the regulations that apply to aviation training. Visitor statistics are deleted after 13 months. You may ask us to delete your information once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted by writing to info@360-atc.com from the email address you used to submit the form.
